I began using Green Maeng Da before using White Thai. I found it to be amazing and extremely helpful. I used it specifically to obtain energy for work and anxiety relief, but I later switched to White Thai when my tolerance increased.
Green Maeng Da is very euphoric, and although it’s not as stimulating as White Maeng Da or White Thai, it’s still more energizing than many whites strains. I recommend this strain for those who seek energy and anxiety relief without the overstimulation of a powerful white strain.
There are different ways you can ingest white Maeng Da, and the choices narrow down depending on your personal preferences. Some of the most common ways to consume white Maeng Da Kratom include the following;
· White Maeng Da Kratom powder
In this method, mature leaves of white Maeng Da are harvested and left in the sun for one or two days until the moisture evaporates completely. The dried leaves are ground into a fine powder using a mortal for personal use or in suitable grinding machines for commercial purposes.
Kratom powder is one of the most versatile methods to take Kratom, as it can be taken directly and swallowed with water in a toss n’ wash method, can be added to foods or any beverage of your choice, or brewed into tea.
· White Maeng Da Kratom capsules
Kratom comes with a strong unpleasant smell that some users may find unpleasant. To mask the bitter taste, Kratom powder is encapsulated into gelatin capsules or vegetable cellulose, which you can easily swallow with a glass of water.
If you’ve already experienced kratom’s amazing energetic effects but still want more, then you’re in luck. I’ve included multiple ingredients you can use as biohacks to increase kratom’s stimulative properties.
Magnesium helps lower your kratom tolerance. Therefore, making kratom’s energizing effects feel more potent. However, you can’t use magnesium once and expect to reap its rewards. You have to use magnesium every day as a supplement for it to take effect.

Black pepper and turmeric must be taken together an hour before taking any form of kratom. Black pepper increases the bioavailability of Curcumin, a compound found in turmeric, by more than 2000%.
The increase in Curcumin is responsible for reducing your tolerance and allowing you to experience kratom’s energizing effects as if it were your first time
Optimal dosage for white Maeng Da
People are different, and the dosage that works for someone else may not work for you. If you’re using white Maeng Da for the first time, your correct dosage to achieve the desired effects is an individual-dependent concept. You should, therefore, approach this strain with baby steps until you find the effects you’re looking for.
As a golden rule, never begin by using high doses as you can easily signal your body to adapt to such amounts and develop tolerance and kratom dependency very fast. With this in mind, start with the lowest dosage possible and increase bit by bit until you get your preferred dosage. When taken responsibly, regardless of the method of intake, effects can appear 15-30 minutes and last for nearly 8 hours.
